185 ha is available on a leasehold basis. Of this some 25 ha is zoned Business 2, suitable for light industrial uses, and the balance Business 4. Access to the port at Marsden Point is available "off road", meaning that normally overweight loads can be transported direct from a site to ships side.
Lease periods of up to 35 years are available and site areas are flexible depending on individual needs.
