Northland Port Corporation (NZ) Ltd is a New Zealand-based company. The Company consists of Northland Port Corporation (NZ) Ltd, subsidiary NPC Corporate Services Ltd, its various associate companies and unincorporated joint venture entity Northland Stevedoring Services.
The Company's operations principally consist of its 50% interest in the deep water port facility at Marsden Point together with its land holdings in the adjacent area.
The Company operates in four segments: Port Related Activities, Property Holdings, Financial Activities and Other Activities.
NPC Corporate Services Ltd, wholly owned subsidiary, and SSA JV Holdings Ltd together operate an unincorporated joint venture, Northland Stevedoring Services (UJV) to undertake stevedoring and other cargo related operations at Marsden Point. The Company also has an interest in an Associate Company, Northport Coolstores (1989) Ltd, which operates a cool and cold storage facility at Port Whangarei specialising in the storage of butter.
